    The AAFF enhances access, education, and awareness for African Americans who are seeking opportunities to influence, lead, and impact the global footwear industry and consumer culture.   • About the African American Footwear Forum

    Our Forum events invite footwear industry professionals and supporters to share stories and ideas and to create a dialog around the influence, leadership, and passion provided by African Americans in the global footwear industry. We will explore ways to collaboratively establish industry goals in the development of African American talent at all levels.


    Surrounding the Forum are additional events including a Career Day networking opportunity that gives an inside look into the various roles and career opportunities within the footwear industry, an organized ice breaker enabling AAFF attendees to break barriers between brands, and Connecting Conversations for footwear brands to share concerns and solutions to help shape the conversation while bridging the gaps across the industry.
